Office Personnel - Braham, MN

Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Based in beautiful downtown Braham, MN, you will be responsible for general office and client administrative functions by performing the following duties.

What you’ll do:

• Support DRG client as field operations in the installation of fiber optic cable.
• Develop tracking reports for construction activities.
• Create reports for production management with follow up to field personnel.
• Help to improve processes and procedures to be more efficient.
• Assist with managing and implementing DRG and Davey strategic plans and initiatives.
• Administrative duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent knowledge of Google for Work (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides, and G-mail).
• Understanding of Geographic Information Systems preferred
• To be organized and sensitive and responsive to internal and external clients’ demands and deadlines.
• Motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully, many with tight deadlines.
• To assess, adapt and prioritize projects quickly when situations change.
• To be flexible and perform responsibilities not specifically identified in the job description and assuming new responsibilities as the department's and the firm's needs change.
• To understand and communicate, both written and verbally, various disciplines (e.g., Forestry, environmental science, and electrical).
• Adobe or other publishing software experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
